Our mission as a charitable nonprofit corporation is to empower lives and support the dreams of people with disabilities. To purposely help eligible young adults with physical and mental disabilities to work and find ways to save money for permanent housing.
We assist our young adult workforce by providing them with resources for professional support and forming partnerships in the local community, such as with credit unions and housing organizations.

We Serve: AFES Workforce, Inc. is an approved VR partner with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and we are happy to serve VR’s customers. Our corporation provides the following services.
Adult Services include employment, supported employment, and on-the-job training: Young Adults Services, four to five Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and summer programs. For more information, Click Here:

Florida Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customers eligible for our services do not pay us directly. We help you contact your VR Counselor in your area to discuss payment options.
