AFES Workforce: Youth and college employment services in Orlando, Florida, prioritize hospitality and event management career pathways. The organization is conveniently situated just 2 minutes from the Altamonte Springs Mall and 45 minutes from Walt Disney World and other major events.
We empower youth and college students with essential resources for professional support and local partnerships, fostering collaborations with the Chamber of Commerce, credit unions, and housing organizations.

We Serve: AFES Workforce, Inc. is an approved VR partner with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and we are happy to serve VR’s customers. We offer the following services.
Adult Services include supported employment and on-the-job training. Youth and college services include five Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and summer programs. For more information, Click Here:
